About The Little Guy

My name is Rhys Lyster and i guess you’re wondering what gives me the authority to sit here and command your attention right? Well I’m just like you … a liitle guy, not in stature but a small business owner and have been involved in small business for about 20 years now and have been operating my own successful business for the last 15 and continue to at this very point in time.

I have had some great wins and found great satisfaction running my own enterprise but have also learnt some harsh lessons along the way, that learning is where the value and the opportunity lies to keep me pushing forward in my business endeavors.

This experience combined with continued investment in my coaching development gives me the understanding of the trials and tribulations small business operators face on a day to day basis in multiple areas of their business ranging from areas of team, systems, planning, sharpening your margins, boosting your productivity, marketing and sales and the all important customer relationship.

In a nutshell, if you are struggling to find clarity or purpose of the day to day running of your business to achieve your long term goals or just want to make better money without working a whole lot harder than you already do, I help small business owners figure things out in their business and how together we can make it happen.
